Founded on a single conviction — that compliance, done well, is a competitive advantage.
From a single desk in Kalindipuram to a practice that serves three states.
I started this practice in 2017 from a borrowed desk in Kalindipuram, taking on whatever incorporation work came through word of mouth. The early years were spent figuring out which questions a founder is really asking when they ask “how do I register a company”.
Nine years later, the firm files for 340 entities — a small grocery chain in Allahabad, a manufacturing unit in Kanpur, a SaaS company in Bengaluru, a media house in Lucknow. The work, on its surface, is the same. But the texture changes entirely with the size and stage of the business, and that is where a practising CS earns their keep.
We have no ambition to be the largest CS firm in UP. We do have a quiet ambition to be the most trusted — the firm that a founder forwards an MCA notice to at 11pm and then goes to sleep.
Nine years, in three acts.
Founding
The firm is registered as a sole proprietorship. First client: a Prayagraj-based stationery shop incorporating as a Pvt Ltd.
Team & verticals
Tax and IP verticals added. Headcount grows to four. Office moves to a 1,200 sq ft space in Kalindipuram.
Today
Seven on the bench, 340 entities under retainer, work across UP, Delhi-NCR and Karnataka. Insights and a quarterly compliance journal launch.
What we will and will not do.
Fixed fees, not surprises
Every engagement has a written scope and a fixed fee. We will not bill for "drafting time" or "review time".
Plain-English advice
Opinions are written for the founder, not for another lawyer. The section of law sits at the foot of the page.
No promises we cannot keep
We will not promise outcomes that depend on a registrar or an officer. We will tell you the probability honestly.
We say no often
We turn down work outside our practice areas or that we do not have bandwidth for. Referrals to specialists are free.
